Been using the MamaZen: Mindful Parenting App for a couple months now. It’s basically a mindfulness and meditation app designed specifically for moms. The goal is to help you feel less anxious, more patient, and just generally happier – which in turn makes for a happier household.
Here’s what you do: there are relaxing audio sessions that blend meditation, hypnotherapy, and mindfulness techniques. You just pop in your headphones and listen. There’s also a journaling feature which is pretty cool. And you can set reminders to take little mindfulness breaks throughout the day – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re a busy mom who’s feeling stressed, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the app can be a bit glitchy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need a little more calm in your life.
