Been using ID.me Authenticator for a couple months now. It’s basically a free app that lets you set up two-factor authentication (2FA) for your online accounts. Pretty solid if you’re into keeping your stuff secure.
Here’s what you do – you connect the app to your ID.me account, then it generates a 6-digit code you use to log in. There’s also a push notification option which is pretty cool. And you can use it offline, which is handy. Took me a while to figure all that out but it’s useful once you get it set up.
Look, if you’re into security and 2FA, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the UI is a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want an easy way to add extra protection to your online accounts.
