So here's my take on Photo Measures. I've tested a bunch of measurement and home planning apps, and this one's pretty solid. The core functionality works well - it's easy to snap a pic and add dimensions right on it. Definitely more convenient than trying to remember measurements or carrying a tape measure everywhere. The interface could use some polish, but it gets the job done. Compared to similar apps, this one has a good set of features without being overly complicated. Not gonna lie, I still find myself forgetting about some of the tools sometimes. But overall, if you need an easy way to document home projects or share measurements with contractors, this is a pretty good option.

Description

Been using Photo Measures for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you take photos and then add measurements right on the image. Pretty solid if you’re into home improvement or construction projects.

Here’s what you do: you just snap a photo of whatever you need to measure – like a room, a piece of furniture, whatever. Then there’s tools to draw lines and add the dimensions right on the pic. It’s got a bunch of different measurement units too, so you can use feet, inches, meters, whatever works. Took me a while to figure out all the features but it’s pretty intuitive once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you’re into DIY or working with contractors, you’ll probably find this app really useful. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need to take measurements and keep them organized.
