So here's my honest take on iTranscribe - Voice to Text. I've tested a bunch of productivity apps and this one's pretty solid. The real-time transcription is the main selling point and it works really well most of the time. And the ability to search through your recordings is also super helpful. On the downside, the accuracy could be better and I wish the interface was more intuitive. But for a free app, it's hard to complain too much. If you need to transcribe a lot of audio, this is definitely worth checking out.

Description

I’ve been using iTranscribe – Voice to Text for a couple months now. It’s basically a voice recording and transcription app. Comes in pretty handy if you’re in meetings or interviews a lot and need to take notes.

Here’s what you do: You can record audio right in the app, and it’ll transcribe it for you in real-time. There’s also a feature to transcribe existing audio files. Saves a ton of time compared to typing everything out. And the search and playback tools are useful for going back and finding specific things you said.

Look, if you need a reliable voice-to-text app, you’ll probably like this one. It’s not perfect – the transcription isn’t 100% accurate all the time and the UI can be a bit clunky. But overall it does the job and I’d recommend giving it a shot.
