So here's my honest take on Squid: Take Notes, Markup PDFs. I've tested a bunch of note-taking apps and this one's up there with the best. The writing experience is super smooth and it's got a ton of features without being overwhelming. And the audio recording is a killer feature that I haven't seen in many other apps. Sure, the learning curve is a bit steep, but once you get the hang of it, Squid is a really powerful tool. Definitely one of the better productivity apps I've used recently.

Description

Been using Squid: Take Notes, Markup PDFs for a couple months now. It’s basically a digital notebook app where you can write and draw on your tablet or phone just like with a real pen and paper. Pretty solid app if you’re into productivity and note-taking.

Here’s what you can do: there’s a bunch of pen tools, highlighters, and text options to take handwritten notes or mark up PDFs. It’s got low latency ink so it feels really responsive. And you can even record audio along with your notes – that’s a neat feature I’ve been using a lot.

Look, if you’re looking for a versatile note-taking app, you’ll probably like Squid. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little confusing at first – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you take a lot of notes or work with PDFs.
