So here's my honest take on Moultrie. I've tested a bunch of outdoor/hunting apps and this one's definitely one of the better ones. The trail cam integration is super handy, and I like how you can plan your hunts right in the app. The maps and photo management features are well done. Not gonna lie though, the social feed and some of the other bells and whistles feel a bit excessive. And I wish the free version had a few less ads. But overall, it's a pretty solid app that should appeal to a lot of hunters and outdoorsy types.

Description

Been playing Moultrie for a couple months now. It’s basically a hunting and outdoor app that connects to your trail cameras. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you do – you can view all your trail cam photos in one place, plan your hunts on interactive maps, and even get notifications when your cameras detect movement. And there’s also a social feed where you can share pics and chat with other hunters. Took me a while to figure some of that out but it’s actually pretty useful.

Look, if you’re a hunter or just really into the outdoors, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can be a bit annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out for sure.
