So here's my honest take on SwingU: Golf GPS Range Finder. I've tested a bunch of golf apps and this one's definitely one of the better ones. The GPS is super accurate and I love how you can get distances to different parts of the green. The scorecard is simple to use too. The only downside is the ads can get old after a while, but you can pay to remove them. Overall though, it's a really solid golf app that I'd recommend to any golfers out there.

Description

I’ve been using SwingU: Golf GPS Range Finder for a couple months now. It’s basically a free golf app that gives you super accurate distances to the green and other hazards on just about any course. Pretty solid if you’re into golf and want an easy way to track your game.

Here’s what you can do: there’s a GPS range finder that shows you the distance to the front, middle, and back of the green. It’s got a digital scorecard too, so you can easily track your score and putts. And there’s a free handicap tracker after you log 3 rounds – that’s pretty cool. The app also gives you insights on how far you hit each club, which is handy.

Look, if you play golf regularly, you’ll probably find this app really useful. It’s not perfect – the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay for the premium version. But overall, it does the job and is worth checking out, especially since it’s free.
