So here's my honest take on FishVerify: ID & Regulations. I've tested a bunch of fishing and outdoor apps, and this one's pretty solid. The fish ID feature works really well, and I like how it integrates the local regulations. Saves you from accidentally keeping an illegal catch. The weather reports are a nice bonus too. On the downside, the premium subscription feels a bit aggressive, and the interface can be a little clunky at times. But overall, it's a really useful app for fishermen of all skill levels.

Description

Been using FishVerify: ID & Regulations for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you identify different fish species using your camera. Pretty solid if you’re into fishing and stuff like that.

Here’s what you do: you take a photo of the fish, and the app gives you all the details – species, size limits, if it’s legal to keep, that kind of thing. And there’s also a section for local fishing regulations, which is super handy. And the weather forecasts are a nice bonus – you can check the wind and water conditions before you head out.

Look, if you’re an avid angler or just getting into fishing, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the subscription model can be a bit annoying – but overall it does the job of helping you stay informed and fish legally. Worth checking out for sure.
