So here's my take on KAYA: THE CLIMBER'S APP. I've tested a bunch of climbing apps and this one's definitely one of the more comprehensive ones. The community features and social aspects are really well done, and I like how you can easily discover new crags and get insider beta. And the tracking and logging tools are also super useful for analyzing your progress. The only downsides I've found are the occasional UI quirks and the ads in the free version getting old after a while. But if you're an avid climber, I'd say this app is definitely worth checking out.

Description

Been using KAYA: THE CLIMBER’S APP for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you find new climbing spots, watch beta videos, and track your progress. Pretty solid if you’re into that kinda thing.

Here’s what you can do – there’s a guide section with GPS maps, offline topos, and beta from guidebook authors. It’s got a social feed too where you can connect with friends, share your climbs, and see what the community’s been sending. And you can log all your climbs and stats to see how you’re improving over time.

Look, if you’re a climber, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit confusing at first and the free version has some annoying ads. But overall it’s a pretty handy tool to have if you want to climb smarter and stay connected with the community.
