I've tested a bunch of sports management apps and SubTime is one of the better ones I've seen. The core features like player tracking, substitutions, and stat-keeping work really well. I like that you can customize formations and save lineups for easy access. The UI could use some polish, but it's not a dealbreaker. My main gripe is that some of the advanced features take a while to figure out. But for the most part, it's a pretty solid app that makes game day a lot less stressful for coaches.

Description

Been using SubTime: Game Management for a couple months now. It’s basically a sports team management app that helps you plan matches, track player time, and manage substitutions. Pretty solid if you’re a youth sports coach.

There’s a bunch of cool features – you can easily see how much time each player has been on the field, sub them in and out, and even set up automatic rotations to make sure everyone gets equal playing time. And it’s got a bunch of standard formations you can use, or you can create your own custom one. The app also lets you assign positions, track attendance, and view detailed game stats.

Look, if you’re a youth sports coach, you’ll probably love this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky at times and there’s a learning curve to get used to all the features. But overall, it does the job and helps you stay organized during the game. Worth checking out if you want to streamline your team management.
