So here's my honest take on Pocket Radar® Sports. I've tested a bunch of sports performance apps and this one's pretty solid overall. And the speed tracking works well and it's got some nice analysis tools. But the setup can be a pain and the paid features are a bit overpriced in my opinion. Still, if you need a way to track speeds and share data, it's worth considering.

Description

Been playing Pocket Radar® Sports for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you track sports speeds and performance data. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you do – you can connect the app to a Pocket Radar device and use it to capture speeds for things like baseball pitches, tennis serves, and more. There’s also some analysis tools to dive deeper into your data. And you can share your stats with other apps and platforms, which is pretty cool. Took me a while to figure all that out but it’s useful.

Look, if you’re a coach or athlete who needs to track speed and performance, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the setup can be a bit tricky and the subscription features get pricey – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re into that kind of stuff.
