Been using TP-Link Tether for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you access and control your TP-Link router or range extender straight from your phone. Pretty solid if you’re into network management and parental controls and stuff like that.
Here’s what you can do: you can change your wifi name and password, see what devices are connected, and even block people from using your network. There’s also a parental control feature that lets you schedule internet access and block certain websites. Took me a while to figure all that out, but once I did it’s been really useful.
Look, if you’ve got a TP-Link router and you wanna be able to manage it from your phone, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little confusing at first – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re in that kind of thing.
