So here's my honest take on Net Signal Pro:WiFi & 5G Meter. I've tested a bunch of network analysis apps and this one's pretty solid. The signal readings are accurate and there's a good amount of data to dig into if you're that kind of person. But it's not the most beginner-friendly app - took me a while to figure out all the different screens and options. Compared to some other apps, the design is a bit dated. Overall though, it's a reliable tool if you need to monitor your WiFi and cellular coverage.

Pros

  • Gives you tons of detailed info on WiFi and cell signal
  • The ping test is really useful for troubleshooting
  • Free to use with no limits
  • Works well on older phones too
  • Handy for finding good spots to set up smart home devices

Cons

  • The UI is a bit cluttered and outdated
  • Can be overwhelming if you're not familiar with network jargon
  • Occasionally gives weird readings that don't match other tools
  • Annoying full-screen ads unless you pay

Description

I’ve been using Net Signal Pro:WiFi & 5G Meter for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you check the WiFi and cellular signal strength in any area. Pretty solid if you’re into that sort of thing.

Here’s what you do: you can see all the details about your WiFi network like the SSID, IP address, and speed. There’s also a cool ping tool to test the connection. And for cellular, it shows your 2G/3G/4G/5G signal strength, network operator, and other technical stuff.

Look, if you’re into troubleshooting network issues or just nerding out over signal data, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the UI could be a bit more polished – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need a signal meter on your phone.
