So here's my honest take on Photo Cleaner: Swipewipe. I've tested a bunch of photo organization apps and this one's pretty solid. The swipe-to-delete mechanic is super satisfying and makes the whole process kind of fun, which is a nice change from the usual tedious photo cleanup. And it's also nice that you can see the metadata - that comes in handy if you're trying to figure out where an old photo was taken. The only real downside is the ads, but you can pay to remove them. Overall, if you need to do a deep clean of your camera roll, Swipewipe is a great option.

Description

I’ve been using Photo Cleaner: Swipewipe for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you clean up your camera roll by letting you swipe through your photos and decide what to keep and what to get rid of. Sounds simple, but it’s actually pretty fun and satisfying to go through all your old pics this way.

Here’s how it works: you just swipe right to keep a photo, and left to delete it. And if you make a mistake or change your mind, you can just tap the current photo to go back. There’s also a cool feature where you can hold down on a picture to see its metadata – great if you’re trying to figure out when or where you took a certain shot.

Look, if you’re like me and have thousands of photos and videos clogging up your phone, you’ll probably really enjoy using Swipewipe. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a little annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it’s a solid app that does the job. Worth checking out if you need to do a deep clean of your camera roll.
