So here's my honest take on Kuli Kuli - Travel Translator. I've tested a bunch of translation apps and this one's pretty solid. The AI-powered translation works well most of the time, and I love the visual reference feature. It's saved me from a few menu mishaps on my trips. And the allergen info is also super useful. On the downside, the translations can be a bit iffy for more complex text. And it's free to use but there are ads that can get annoying. Overall though, it's a great tool to have if you travel internationally a lot.

Description

I’ve been using Kuli Kuli – Travel Translator for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that uses AI to translate things like restaurant menus, product labels, receipts, and more when you’re traveling. Pretty solid if you’re the kind of person who likes to explore local cuisine and shops when you’re in a different country.

Here’s what you do: You can just point your camera at a menu or label and the app will instantly translate it. There’s also an option to get allergen info for menu items, which is super handy if you have food allergies. And the app has visual references, so you can see pics of the actual dishes – takes the guesswork out of ordering.

Look, if you travel a lot and want an easy way to navigate foreign languages, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the translations can be a bit wonky sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need a trusty translator in your pocket.
