So here's my take on VirtualDJ Remote. I've tested a bunch of DJ and music apps, and this one's pretty solid. The ability to control everything from your phone or tablet is super convenient, and the wireless mixing feature is really cool. The interface takes some getting used to, but once you figure it out, it's actually pretty intuitive. The only downside is that the setup can be a pain if you're not familiar with VirtualDJ. But if you put in the time, it's a great way to add more flexibility to your DJing.

Description

Been using VirtualDJ Remote for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you control the VirtualDJ software on your computer right from your phone or tablet. Pretty solid if you’re into DJing and mixing music.

Here’s what you do: you can use your tablet like a virtual scratch turntable, or step away from your computer but still monitor the mix on your phone. There’s also the option to mix the whole gig wirelessly from your tablet while the computer handles the audio. Took me a little while to figure out all the features but it’s really useful once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you’re a DJ or just into mixing music, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the setup can be a bit tricky if you’re not tech-savvy – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want more flexibility when you’re spinning tunes.
