So here's my honest take on What The Forecast. I've tested a bunch of weather apps and this one's pretty unique. I like the sarcastic, almost angry way it describes the weather - it's a nice change from the boring forecasts you usually get. The profanity settings are a nice touch too, since you can keep it family-friendly if you need to. Downside is the ads can get old after a while, but it's free so I can't complain too much. Overall, it's a fun little weather app that I've been enjoying using.

Description

Been using What The Forecast for a couple months now. It’s basically a weather app that gives you the forecast, but with a twist – it uses all these obnoxious, sarcastic phrases to describe the weather instead of just the boring temps and conditions.

Here’s what you do: you open the app and it’ll show you the current weather where you are, but with these totally snarky comments like “It’s raining harder than a toddler with a full bladder” or “Looks like someone’s mailbox is going to be in a different zip code today.” There’s also a settings menu where you can adjust the profanity level (gotta keep it PG sometimes). And you can set your location so it gives you the forecast for where you are.

Look, if you’re into weather apps and you have a good sense of humor, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can be a little annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job and puts a smile on your face. Worth checking out if you want a weather app that’s actually entertaining.
