I’ve been using Avia Weather – METAR & TAF for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that gives you all the weather info you need if you’re into aviation. Pretty solid if you’re a pilot or just really into planes and stuff.
Here’s what you can do – it pulls in METAR (current weather) and TAF (weather forecasts) for over 9,500 airports around the world. It decodes all that technical info and displays it in a way that’s easy to understand. There’s also a runway crosswind calculator, which is super handy. Oh, and you can get NOTAM alerts too.
Look, if you’re into aviation weather, you’ll probably love this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky at times – but overall it’s a really useful tool. Worth checking out if you’re a pilot or just a weather nerd like me.
