Been playing Mario Kart Tour for a couple months now. It’s basically a mobile version of the classic Nintendo kart racing game. Pretty solid if you’re into casual, pick-up-and-play racing games.
Here’s what you do: You can race against up to 7 other players online, whether they’re your friends or random folks from around the world. And there’s also different race modes like individual and team battles, which is pretty cool. And the courses are based on real-world cities as well as classic Mario Kart tracks – takes some getting used to but it works.
Look, if you’re a Mario Kart fan, you’ll probably dig this. It’s not perfect – the microtransactions can get kinda annoying if you don’t pay up – but overall it’s a fun, casual way to get your kart racing fix on the go. Worth checking out for sure.
