Been playing KOF ’97 ACA NEOGEO for a couple months now. It’s basically a classic 2D fighting game from the 90s that you can now play on your phone. Pretty solid app if you’re into retro games and arcade-style fighting.
Here’s what you do: you can choose from a bunch of different characters and battle it out in one-on-one fights. There’s also an online ranking mode, which is pretty cool. And you can customize the virtual controls to your liking – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you grew up playing these types of games, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the graphics are a bit dated and it can get repetitive after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re in the mood for some old-school fighting game action.
