Been playing Mahjong – Monster Mania for a couple months now. It’s basically a match-3 style mahjong game, but with a really cool Halloween theme. You get to explore a witch’s lair, graveyard, and other spooky lands, and run into all sorts of interesting characters along the way. Some of them might be there to help, but others are just trying to trick you.
The gameplay is pretty solid – you match up mahjong tiles to clear the puzzles. And it’s always solvable, which is great ’cause nothing’s worse than getting stuck on an impossible puzzle. There’s also hints if you ever get really stuck. You can collect treasures and Halloween candy too, which is a nice little extra.
Look, if you’re into casual mahjong games and you like the Halloween vibe, you’ll probably enjoy this. It’s not perfect – the upgrades take forever at higher levels and the ads can get a bit annoying. But overall it’s a pretty good time-killer that’s worth checking out.
