So here's my honest take on Final Girl Companion. I've tested a bunch of companion apps and this one's pretty good. The interface is clean and it's got a ton of useful features to make playing the boardgame easier. The stat tracking and scenario mode are real highlights. But I will say the in-app purchases feel a bit excessive - you have to pay to unlock some key features. And the ads can get kinda annoying if you don't want to pay. Overall though, it's a solid app that Final Girl fans should find helpful.

Description

Been using Final Girl Companion for a couple months now. It’s basically a digital companion app for the Final Girl boardgame. Pretty solid app if you’re into horror-themed strategy games.

Here’s what you do: you can manage your collection of Final Girl characters, set up games randomly, and even view lore on the killers and locations. And there’s also a scenario mode that walks you through the full setup and rules – that’s pretty cool. And you can track your game stats and achievements, which is useful.

Look, if you’re a Final Girl fan, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the in-app purchases for some features are a bit annoying – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to enhance your boardgame experience.
