So here's my honest take on D&D Lords of Waterdeep. I've tested a bunch of strategy games and this one's pretty solid. The gameplay has a good amount of depth without being overwhelming, and the graphics look great. And i also like that it's free to play but you don't have to spend money to enjoy it. On the downside, it can get a little repetitive after a while, and the progression does slow down quite a bit at higher levels. But overall, if you're into this kind of game, I'd say it's worth giving it a shot.

Description

Been playing D&D Lords of Waterdeep for a couple months now. It’s basically a Dungeons & Dragons-themed strategy game where you build up your city and recruit adventurers to complete quests for you. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you do: you play as one of the masked Lords of Waterdeep and try to gain the most influence over the city. There’s a bunch of different quests you can send your adventurers on, and you can also build new buildings to expand your options. And there are these intrigue cards you can use to mess with other players – that part’s pretty fun.

Look, if you’re into strategy games and you like the D&D setting, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the upgrades take forever at higher levels and the ads can get annoying – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out for sure.
