So here's my honest take on Blackbird. I've tested a bunch of strategy card games and this one's pretty solid. I like the depth of the gameplay - there's a good amount of strategy without being overwhelming. And the graphics look great and it runs smooth even on my older phone. And the fact that it's free to play is awesome, you don't need to spend money to enjoy it. On the downside, I did find that the upgrades take forever at higher levels, and it can get a little repetitive after a while. But overall, if you're into this kind of game, I'd say Blackbird is worth a download.

Been playing this Blackbird game for a couple months now. It’s basically a classic trick-taking card game, kind of like Rook. You compete against the computer, bidding to declare trump and take tricks. There’s also different rule sets you can play with, like Kentucky Discard or Western Wyoming. Pretty cool way to switch things up. And

Here’s what you do: You build up your deck and try to hit your bid to score points. There’s also bonus points for taking the most tricks. It’s got a nice variety of features like being able to adjust the game winning score or whether the Blackbird card is worth extra points. Took me a while to figure some of that out, but it’s useful once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you’re into strategy card games, you’ll probably like Blackbird. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a little annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job pretty well. Worth checking out if you want a new twist on the classic trick-taking gameplay.
