So here's my take on Zen Shards - Idle Merge Game. I've tested a bunch of these idle/merge games and this one's actually pretty solid. The visuals are really nice and polished, and the gameplay loop of tapping and merging is satisfying. It's not groundbreaking, but it's a well-executed take on the genre. The different modes and unlockables give it good replayability too. My only real gripes are the grindy upgrade system and the ads, but those are par for the course in free-to-play games these days. Overall, if you're looking for a casual, zen-like game to fiddle with, Zen Shards is a pretty good option.

Description

Been playing Zen Shards – Idle Merge Game for a couple months now. It’s basically an idle game where you combine and merge these colorful little shards to create bigger and bigger ones. Pretty chill and relaxing, to be honest.

The gameplay is simple – you just tap on the shards to make them merge, and there’s also some light management stuff like upgrading your shards’ abilities. There’s also different game modes you can unlock as you progress, which is pretty cool.

Look, if you’re into casual, relaxing games, you’ll probably dig this. It’s not perfect – the upgrades can take forever at higher levels and the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay. But overall it does the job and is a nice way to unwind for a few minutes.
