Been using Alphablocks, How to Write for a couple months now. It’s basically a fun app that teaches kids how to write using the characters from the Alphablocks and Numberblocks shows. Pretty solid if you’ve got little ones who are just starting to learn their letters and numbers.
Here’s what you do: you help the Alphablocks and Numberblocks characters find their way home, practicing letter formation and fine motor skills along the way. There’s also a bunch of catchy rhymes – the kids seem to really respond to those. And the graphics are bright and colorful, which keeps them engaged.
Look, if you’ve got a preschooler or early elementary kid, they’ll probably get a kick out of this. It’s not perfect – the ads can be a little annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job of making learning to write fun. Worth checking out.
