Been playing Beat Hazard 2 for a couple months now. It’s basically a music-driven arcade shooter where you pilot a spaceship and blast away at enemies. Pretty solid app if you’re into those kinds of games.
Here’s what you do: You load up a song from your music library and the game generates enemy ships based on the beats and rhythm. And there’s also a bunch of power-ups you can pick up to boost your firepower. And the boss ships are all procedurally generated – each track creates a unique archenemy for you to take down.
Look, if you’re a fan of music games or just want a fun arcade shooter, you’ll probably like Beat Hazard 2. It’s not perfect – the upgrades can take forever at higher levels and the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
