So here's my honest take on Meridian 157: Chapter 1. I've tested a bunch of point-and-click adventure games, and this one's pretty solid. The atmosphere and mystery hook you in, and the puzzles are challenging without being frustratingly difficult. It's not gonna blow you away, but it's a well-made game that scratches that exploration itch. The only real downside is that it can get a little repetitive after a while, but if you space out your sessions it's not too bad. Overall, I'd say it's worth checking out, especially if you're a fan of the genre.

Description

Been playing Meridian 157: Chapter 1 for a couple months now. It’s basically a point-and-click adventure game where you explore an abandoned facility on a remote island, searching for clues and solving puzzles. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you do: you play as a forensic meteorologist trying to investigate a weird weather anomaly. There’s also a whole mystery storyline you uncover as you explore the facility. It’s got some cool puzzles that’ll make you scratch your head for a bit. And the graphics are really nice – they make the whole environment feel kind of eerie and mysterious.

Look, if you’re into adventure games or just want something to scratch that exploration itch, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the pacing can feel a bit slow at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out, especially since the second chapter just came out.
