I’ve been playing Pixel Car Racer for a couple months now. It’s basically a retro-style racing game where you can build up your dream garage and take your custom cars to the streets for some hardcore racing. The pixel art graphics look pretty sweet and it’s got a nice classic arcade vibe.

It’s got over 100 cars and thousands of customization parts, so you can really make each ride your own. The tuning system is pretty in-depth, you can mess with the engine, tires, everything to get max performance.
Look, if you’re a car enthusiast or just love retro racing games, you’ll probably get a kick out of Pixel Car Racer. It’s not perfect – the upgrades can take forever if you don’t pay – but overall it’s a solid app that scratches that old-school racing itch. Worth checking out for sure.
