So here's my honest take on Pixel Heroes: Tales of Emond. I've tested a bunch of strategy/idle games and this one's pretty solid. The graphics look great, it runs smooth even on my older phone, and you don't need to spend money to enjoy the core gameplay. There's a ton of depth with all the different heroes, troops, and base-building. But it can get a little repetitive after a while, and the upgrades take forever at higher levels. Not a deal-breaker, but something to keep in mind. Overall though, if you're into this genre, I'd say give Pixel Heroes a try.

Description

Been playing Pixel Heroes: Tales of Emond for a couple months now. It’s basically a classic Japanese-style RPG pixel art casual idle game. You build up your village, train troops, and battle against other players. Pretty addicting honestly.

Here’s what you do: there’s a main campaign where you fight enemies and unlock new areas. You can also join a clan and team up with friends to take down other clans. It’s got a ton of strategic depth without being overwhelming. And there are tons of different heroes and units to collect and upgrade – took me a while to figure all that out but it’s fun to play around with.

Look, if you’re into this kind of strategy/idle game, you’ll probably like Pixel Heroes. It’s not perfect – the upgrades can take forever at higher levels and the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay. But overall it does the job and is worth checking out.
