I've tested a lot of these idle/tycoon games and Slumdog Billionaire is one of the better ones. The strategic depth is really impressive - you can't just mindlessly click, you've actually gotta think about how to optimize your village. The clan battles are a nice social element too. That said, it does get a little repetitive after playing for a long time, and the grind to upgrade stuff can feel slow. But if you're into this genre, I'd still recommend giving Slumdog Billionaire a shot. It's a pretty solid time-waster.

Description

Been playing Slumdog Billionaire: I Am Rich for a couple months now. It’s basically an idle strategy game where you build up your village and try to become the richest tycoon. There’s a lot of depth here – you can upgrade your buildings, recruit workers, and even team up with friends in clan battles. Took me a while to figure out all the different mechanics but it’s pretty fun once you get the hang of it.

The core loop is simple – you tap on stuff to earn money, then use that to expand your empire. But there’s also a bunch of strategic decisions, like where to place your buildings, how to invest your profits, and how to defend against enemy raids. It’s not just mindless clicking, there’s actually a good amount of strategy involved.

Look, if you’re into these kind of idle/tycoon games, you’ll probably have a good time with Slumdog Billionaire. It’s free-to-play so you don’t have to spend money, but the ads can get a little annoying after a while. Overall though, it’s a solid game that’s worth checking out if you want an addictive time-waster.
