So here's my take on Skeletal Avenger. I've tested a bunch of rogue-like action games and this one's pretty darn good. The combat feels tight and responsive, and the perk system lets you build some really fun and unique playstyles. It's not the deepest game out there, but there's enough variety and replayability to keep you hooked for a while. The procedural levels add some nice unpredictability too. Not gonna lie, the upgrade grind can get a little grindy, and the ads can be annoying if you don't pay. But overall, it's a pretty solid action game that's worth a download if you're into the genre.

Description

Been playing Skeletal Avenger for a couple months now. It’s basically a rogue-like action game where you fight your way through dungeons, loot gear, and try to get crazy with perk combos. The core gameplay loop of slashing, looting, and upgrading is pretty solid and keeps you coming back for more.

There’s a ton of different perks you can find that let you really customize your playstyle. You can do things like re-animate skeletons to fight for you, or unlock special skull-chucking attacks. And the levels are procedurally generated, so every run is a bit different. Looks great too, with fun fantasy art and smooth performance even on older phones.

Look, if you’re into action-packed dungeon crawlers, you’ll probably dig Skeletal Avenger. It’s not perfect – the upgrade grind can get a little tedious at higher levels – but overall it does a solid job of scratching that hack ‘n’ slash itch. Worth checking out, especially since it’s free to play.
