I’ve been using Teach Your Monster to Read for a couple months now. It’s basically a fun game that helps kids learn to read through a bunch of different mini-games and activities. Pretty solid app if you’re into educational games for little ones.

There’s different games and levels to progress through, like learning letters and sounds, then building up to reading full words and sentences. It’s got a ton of colorful characters and environments to explore too.
Look, if you’ve got young kids who are just starting to learn how to read, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a little annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does a pretty good job of making reading practice feel like a fun game.
