Been playing Codenames for a couple months now. It’s basically a word game where you team up with a partner and try to get each other to guess secret code words. Sounds simple but it’s actually pretty strategic and addictive.
Here’s what you do: you and your partner get dealt cards with random words, and then you have to give one-word clues to try to get your partner to guess the right words. There’s also a solo mode with daily challenges, which is a nice way to mix it up. And you can play online with friends or random players – took me a while to figure that out but it’s a cool feature.
Look, if you’re into word games or strategy games, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a little annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out for sure.
