Been using Morcombe’s Birds of Australia for a couple months now. It’s basically a field guide app with tons of info on Australian birds. Pretty solid if you’re into nature and wildlife.
Here’s what you can do: you can swipe through over 3,000 high-res bird images covering 790 species. And there’s also detailed descriptions and distribution maps for most birds. It’s got some really cool features like one-tap zoom and landscape mode to see the images bigger.
Look, if you’re a birdwatcher or just interested in Aussie wildlife, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the 325MB download is kind of a pain – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
