Been using Legion Workforce Engagement for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you manage your team – you can keep track of everyone’s schedules and availability, and then send out shift offers to the right people. There’s even a way to get feedback from your team on their preferences. It’s got a bunch of other useful tools too, like reporting and scheduling templates.
Look, if you manage an hourly workforce, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of this app. It’s not perfect – the analytics could be a bit more detailed and the mobile app can be buggy sometimes – but overall it does a solid job of keeping your team connected and engaged.
