So here's my take on Acres: Land Data & Parcel Maps. I've tested a bunch of real estate and land data apps, and this one's pretty solid overall. The ability to quickly check property lines, owner info, and other data right on your phone is super convenient. I also like how you can save parcels and share maps - makes it easy to reference stuff later or send info to clients/partners. On the downside, the interface can feel a bit dated and overwhelming at first. And the paid subscription to unlock some features is a bummer, but it's not required to use the core functionality. But if you need a mobile tool for land research, this is one of the better options I've come across.

Cons

  • Interface can be a bit clunky and confusing to navigate at first

  • Gets repetitive after a while if you're just casually browsing parcels

Description

Been using Acres: Land Data & Parcel Maps for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you search and explore land parcels across the US. Pretty solid if you’re into real estate, farming, or just curious about your local area.

Here’s what you can do: You can search through millions of land parcels and check stuff like property boundaries, ownership details, soil maps, and more. There’s also a feature to save your favorite parcels so you can reference them later. And you can easily share maps and land data from the app, which is pretty handy.

Look, if you’re into real estate or just love learning about your local area, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need a land research tool.
