Been using HHAeXchange for a couple months now. It’s basically an app for caregivers that lets you clock in and out right from your phone. Pretty solid if you’re in the home healthcare industry.
Here’s what you can do – you can view your schedule, get directions to patients’ homes, clock in and out with a tap, and even accept new cases. It’s got electronic visit verification (EVV) to track your visits. Took me a while to figure out all the features but it’s pretty useful overall.
Look, if you’re a caregiver, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the language options are limited and sometimes the app glitches – but it does the job. Worth checking out if your agency uses HHAeXchange.
