So here's my take on Microsoft Power BI. I've tested a bunch of business intelligence and data viz apps, and this one's pretty darn good. The level of customization and analysis you can do is impressive, with tons of visualizations, data connectors, and advanced features. And at the same time, the learning curve is a bit steeper than some other options out there. And the mobile experience, while functional, could be more polished. But if you're serious about getting insights from your data, Power BI is definitely worth considering.

Description

I’ve been using Microsoft Power BI for a couple months now. It’s basically a business intelligence and data visualization app that lets you connect to all your data sources and create cool reports and dashboards. Pretty solid if you’re into data analysis and reporting.

Here’s what you can do – there’s a ton of features like connecting to databases, spreadsheets, and cloud services. And you can build interactive visualizations, set alerts, and share reports with your team. It’s got some advanced analytics tools too, but the learning curve isn’t too bad. Took me a while to figure out all the options, but it’s really useful once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you work with a lot of data and need to make sense of it all, you’ll probably like Power BI. It’s not perfect – the mobile app can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a powerful BI tool.

Slower than it should be. Web browser version seems so much quicker. I think more work also needs to be done to make the default visualisations more appealing for the...

It takes a while for the data to load in the morning. Even after it does, the integrity of the data is always questionable as it changes again later in...
