So here's my honest take on FX File Explorer: Plus License. I've tested a bunch of file manager apps and this one's definitely one of the more full-featured ones. And the extra tools for media, networking, and cloud access are really handy. Probably overkill if you just need basic file browsing, but if you do a lot of that kind of power user stuff on your phone, this is a pretty good option. Not gonna lie, the learning curve is a bit steep at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's a pretty slick app.

Pros

  • Tons of advanced file management features beyond just browsing
  • Encryption and cloud integration work really well
  • Doesn't cost much for the extra capabilities
  • Runs smoothly even on older Android devices

Cons

  • Takes some time to figure out all the different tools and settings
  • Ads can get annoying if you don't pay for the license
  • Might be overkill if you just need simple file browsing

Description

Been using FX File Explorer: Plus License for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that adds all sorts of cool features to the regular FX File Explorer. Pretty solid if you’re into file management and cloud storage on your Android device.

Here’s what you can do: you can create and extract encrypted zip files, browse file contents, view images and media, and even access cloud storage like Dropbox or Google Drive. There’s also a bunch of networking and file transfer tools – took me a while to figure all that out but it’s super useful once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you’re the kind of person who’s always managing files and documents on the go, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a little annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job pretty well. Worth checking out if you need more power than the regular file explorer.
