So here's my take on uManage Pro. I've tested a bunch of property management apps and this one's pretty good. The GPS-powered map and violation tracking features work really well. I like how it saves everything locally and syncs when you're back online. Definitely makes it easy to stay on top of issues out in the field. On the downside, the sync can be slow and the UI is a little basic. But for a free app, it's a solid option if you need these kinds of tools.

Pros

  • Tons of useful features for property managers
  • Works offline, syncs when you're back online
  • GPS-powered map makes it easy to track issues
  • Free to download and use
  • Simple but gets the job done

Cons

  • Syncing can be slow if you don't have a connection
  • Interface is a little basic, not the most polished
  • Might be overkill if you only manage a few properties

Description

I’ve been using uManage Pro for a couple months now. It’s basically a GPS-enabled app that helps property managers track things like violations and work orders out in the field. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of stuff.

Here’s what you can do – you can use the map to see all the properties in an association, then easily log any violations by picking from a list of pre-defined options. There’s also a feature to take photos and add notes. And you can even select the right violation letter to send to the homeowner. It’s got a lot of useful tools for property managers.

Look, if you’re a property manager, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the sync sometimes takes a while if you don’t have a connection – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need an app to help you manage properties on the go.

Constant Issues. Every system update leads to issues on the app and desktop. "Customer service" is ran by AI and getting in contact with the assigned representative takes days/multiple emails

Our firm couldn't get by without eunify, and our national clients expect the eunify features.
