So here's my honest take on Forma: PDF Editor & Converter. I've tested a bunch of productivity apps and this one is up there with the best. The feature set is really impressive - you get all the core PDF tools plus some neat AI-powered extras. In my experience, the editing and signing work great, and the assistant is genuinely helpful. The only downside is the interface can be a little unintuitive at first. But once you get the hang of it, it's a super useful app to have. I'd say it's a must-try if you deal with a lot of PDF documents.

Pros

  • Packed with all the PDF tools you need in one app
  • eSign feature is a game-changer, no more printing/scanning
  • AI assistant is surprisingly helpful for summarizing docs
  • Free to use, no paywalls for core features
  • Runs smoothly on both new and older devices

Cons

  • Interface can be a bit clunky and confusing at first
  • Some advanced features are locked behind a subscription
  • Occasional bugs and crashes, though not too common
  • May be overkill if you only deal with PDFs occasionally

Description

I’ve been using Forma: PDF Editor & Converter for a couple months now. It’s basically an all-in-one app for handling your PDF documents – you can edit them, sign them, and even get some AI-powered help. Pretty solid if you’re always dealing with PDFs for work or school.

Here’s what you can do: there’s a full suite of editing tools, so you can add text, drawings, images, and more. It’s got a nifty eSign feature too, so you don’t have to print and scan stuff anymore. And the AI assistant is actually pretty useful – it can summarize PDFs and extract key info for you. Took me a while to figure all that out, but it’s been a game-changer.

Look, if you’re constantly working with PDF files, you’ll probably really like this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job and makes my life a lot easier. Definitely worth checking out.

This is a superb app for converting docs to PDF or JPEG. Would have rated 5 stars if those annoying add videos stop popping up.
