This is a review for the Windows Version!! I wish I was able to have a full screen of the book and scroll it while reading and change the background color and most importantly use a pen on it! If I can't do these than what's the use of an e-book? Man this app got nothing like nothing it was such a waste of time and I'm sorry if I'm being rude.

It's been two weeks I wrote a complaint on this matter but there is no response . But overall it's a nice app for reading for fun .
Many bugs has been fixed but there ui ux need a lot of work. A suggestion for you when people can't access list of services you provide it's natural to not to use them. I cant have look to all books that is provided via your premium account and its hard to search each book by book. I will pay triple or more if your AI assistant read all books even if I have to pay for the book.
Don't fall for scamming apps; this app generates income through deception. It provides a FidiPlus subscription to access books free. The way it operates is that when you select the "FidiPlus" option in the app and search for a book, it displays it in the FidiPlus section. However, after purchasing a FidiPlus subscription, you realize that you don't have the ability to read it with the subscription, and you have to pay a separate fee to read the book and no refund is available for what you pay.

Great app, it contains amazing books and audiobooks. I have one complaint and one request. When listening to audiobooks if any issue occurs (like network problems) it just skip the file and goes to the next chapter. I don't think this is any good to just skip a chapter, I think it would be best if you could just notify user to fix the problem would be the just fine. And finally, I would love this app if only I could control audiobooks in Android Auto.
After the big update, we got new design and better look but some of the good futures that we had, have gone and the app has became full of problems . It doesn't work offline as it used to be . The sound buttons don't do the function that they used to do (going next or last page) . The app doesn't work, when the VPN is on . Most of the times, the app don't run the downloaded books when it's off (The main option that eBooks must have). Even they are many problems with podcast listening!
I don't what's with the newest update but there is a bug in downloading the books I own through buying or with the plan. btw thanks for fixing the Nazanin font (It's been fixed for me!)
this is great. but it has less books and options compared with the competitor app. and it has been 2 days that the app won't open
After the latest update, the app is not functioning properly. It does not resume audiobooks from where you left them. It either jumps a few chapters forward or goes to the beginning of the previous chapter. Also, it suddenly stops working and I have to run it again. Based on my understanding and other reviews, the developers should be aware of this but they are either incapable of solving a simple issue like this or don't give a damn.
great app with great e-books and audio books
I’ve been using Fidibo for years and generally enjoy the app, but there’s a major issue: there is no option to change the registered phone number or email in the profile settings. This is a basic feature that most apps provide, yet Fidibo lacks it. Additionally, customer support is only available online with no phone number to contact, making it difficult to resolve account-related issues. I hope the developers take this feedback seriously and add this feature soon.
too many bugs; does not play audio books
I think it is necessary for a book reading app to have a widget or access to the book link on the home screen, and it makes the reading process better and more accessible. But this app does not have a widget, does not put the book link on the screen, does not respond to requests about this, and simply insists on following an inappropriate policy.
The new version is a complete mess, you have to download the audio file again and again, if the download is interrupted, you have to download the whole collection from the beginning, the sleep mode that does not work properly and actually closes the program, seems to be the goal of the new version. It's just filling the pockets of the operators and raising the fees of the users, they are often logged out of the account and every time we log in, we have to download the books again, you are wrong
I emailed the support team but they didn't respond. The App needs to be more useful when it comes to customization and editing the profile. I have this big issue and I paid for multiple books. After a couple of weeks I realized that I logged in via my Google account but... but my phone number registered with my google acc is deprived. So, when the sim card company decides to give away that number, I may have no access to the books I own. That is serious stuff. I need to change my number.
It's really frustrating, it's been a week that I have lost access to my account. I called the support team but they didn't do anything! My android version is 7 and they just told "the app. doesn't work on your android version!" I was addicted to this app. and bought a lot books also, l have fidiplus account that l had payed for it, I didn't expect such a ridiculous action from the SUPPORT TEAM! "Just DO SOMETHING" to solve the problem.
You can't rewind the book for a second while driving, the entire track changes. And there's no way to adjust this in the app.
Fidibo is a good app with beautiful UI. But unfortunately it's full of bugs. Occasionally the app crashes, gets logged out and I can't use anything. I even can't access my previous doenloaded books. I can't log in again, with a message of some internal error happend. I've use Taaghche in the past and it didn't have any kinds of problems like this.
