I love the app but the new firewall security policy prevents me from accessing the website... What's going on?

I really love reading novels, unfortunately, there's no English translation of it. I can't understand at all.

Requesting for google translate in the the app feature, i want to read, i want to pay for chapters but i don't understand any of it, also add verification through email or any sns

I love munpia novels , problem is most of them aren't in English. I'm gonna download this app somehow wishing this can be translated

App is not working and no way to find out what is going on. No notifications on your Facebook or Twitter Can do better

The original novel that I love was here. Sadly, It looks like there's really no English version of this. I'm looking forward for the improvements! :)

I LOVE KOREAN NOVELS AS THEY ARE WELL FLESHED-OUT IN DETAIL, Unfortunately there's no English version... hopefully sometimes in the future it will be provide translated version like qidian...of course hopefully it's free... unlike that money squenching app...

Finally!! With the new update, the app is finally usable and working reliably. It's a little slow but at least it's very reliable now!!

Error 1020 screen shows up and my access is denied. I am accessing Munpia from the U.S. and I was briefly able to access this app.Only after submitting email restoration request, which took over a week and a half, before it blocked me again. Person doing the IT work should benchmark what Ridibooks or Joara did-since they use similar platform without security issues. I probably would use kakaopage if it was available to people over in the State side. Seriously disappointed...

I've been reading novels on Munpia site at Google chrome. When I need to pay for the next chapter, I bought the bulk for 50k won. I'm excited to read my purchased chapters but it says that I need to read the purchased chapters on this app. So sure! I downloaded this app, GUESS WHAT!? It's an exclusive Korean language novel app. NO ENGLISH TRANSLATE OR ANYTHING! I tried so many times just to read it. I tried copy paste google translate method BUT I can't copy it to paste to the Google translate!

Suddenly stopped working. Something something firewall blocked. 갑자기 작동 안됨. Web firewall security policies have been blocked 라고 뜸. Edit: originally left review on July. It worked briefly and stopped again due to DDos. Still not working. No response at all, just says register your email for update. Well, update on progress would've been nice. Absolutely worst customer services EDIT: finally works again. After months of outage. Talk of compensation but again nothing communicated.

App is okay. It's not ad-heavy, and its simple and runs fast. My only beef with this is there is no support for EN language and no MTL for published chapters. Speaking from a perspective of a non-KR reader, I would really love it if I can read the latest chapter of my favourite novel despite the bad MTL while I wait for the English release. Kindly keep in my mind that the consumer base of KR webnovels transcends nationality.

갑자기 암호가 바뀌고 로그인이 안되더군요. 고객센터에 의문해보니 인증만 지금 6일을 시키고 아무것도 안하고 있습니다. 참 대단한 A/S를 가진 앱이더군요. The password just changed on its own, and the help center has been making me go through confirmation process over and over and over again for SIX DAYS (and counting). No solution still. At a certain point, this is going from frustrating experience to outright FRAUD.

I really love to read the novels and the app is easy to use. But as an international readers, I really need translation in another language, but i can't read it on the web (that can auto translate) even i already paid the chapters. I hope you can improve the app soon, its really hard to read for me

it's sooo slow??? I can scroll easily in the home pages but sometimes when I click on literally anything it takes like a whole minute for the thing to open

With the Advent of AI there shouldn't be a problem to integrate an AI translation tool. Just put a disclaimer that the translation might be inaccurate. It'll help boost sales for foreign readers. There's a huge international market for korean novels. That's why there's so much translation sites. What a wasted potential.

I really love korean novels It would be great if there was an english translation please try to do something about it
