Been using 21 Day Slimple – The Easy Fix! for a couple months now. It’s basically an app to help you track your 21 Day Program workouts, containers, and water intake. Pretty solid if you’re into health and fitness apps.
Here’s what you do: you can log your daily workout, food containers, and water intake. There’s also a calendar to see your progress, which is pretty cool. And you can share your results with friends – took me a while to figure that part out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re trying to stick to a 21 Day program, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
