I am having thesame issue with one John down the review line I paid for a month and renew it and got logged out and am requesting for a code now since over 48hours you keep telling me to be submitting ticket and yet you do nothing about it do you want me to feel this is a scam or something else just to send me a code to get back my number you refuse I contact customer support system nothing has been done till now this not suppose to be so after trusting you for the first 2 previous month..

i paid for the verification code of whatsapp and it failed and i cannot find my subscription in the app, however it still shows that I'm subscribed when i check my play store. idk how to deal with this. i cannot see the subscription in the app. i asks me to pay again for the verification code of whatsapp.

WORST AND PATHETIC APP!!! This new update erased: my login info, the number that I bought, and my verified profile status- all at once !!! its been less than a month that I signed up, bought a number and got verified.

Apps are confusing in app purchases , after purchased without using service I directly asked for cancel 1 year subscription bcz by mistake wrong subscription purchased but no response at all. no one is replaying. if anyone here can check please refund my yearly subscription purchased by mistake. purchased service is useless.

The worst app for this you can imagine. 1. It only allows authentication number once even tho it's a yearly subscription. So if you uninstall WhatsApp the number is gone forever. 2. The numbers that they give get blocked by WhatsApp immediately. 3. Absolute waste of money, support doesn't reply either.

I purchased an annual subscription to a UK number because I am from the UK but am now living abroad and I need a UK number to use with my UK bank accounts to receive OTP. The OTP didn't come to the number. I contacted support and they said it might not work in sensitive areas such as banking. Google play said it doesnt qualify for a refund. I contacted support to ask for a refund but they don't reply. They didn't say it might not work with banking before I purchased it. Now my money is gone.

NOT WORTH..!!!!! not a good app to use as alternative no. everything is chargeable. calls incoming outgoing both are heavily charges. u miss almost every incoming calls notification. it rings soo late. you end up missing the calls. NOT WORTH. SAVE YOU MONEY. LOOK FOR AN ALTERNATIVE.

I still have 480 credits but they says to make a call you have to have minimu 500 credits. It turns out that I’ll never be able to spend my 480 credits, because if I have less than 500, I can’t make a call—even though one minute of talk time costs only about 7–10 credits.

Deceiving! It showed a lot of countries before I purchased. Once they took the money, I got a message that there are no numbers available in my selected country. Also, keep in mind the subscription you'll pay for the app is separate from another subscription they'll offer you for the other number they will offer to you at a discount rather than your desired number

I bought USA whatsapp verification monthly plan, suddenly whatsapp get suspended but after some hours whatsapp recovered and asked for verification again, but I am not able to verify my whatsapp again although I bought monthly whatsapp plan means I can get multiple verification throughout the month but after 1st verification, I couldn't again. I tried to contact them through support and through their email aswell but they are not even replying such a bad experience,

Hi team I have been using the app for quite long time here are some issues I am facing. I am unable to check my inbox messages as I click on one message, the message gets opened but the screen is blank I have updated the version but still it doesn't seem to be fixed. Second issue once I launch the app and the first call that comes and I pick up the call everything works fine and I get to the on call view/page but after this once I receive any call it never takes me to the call view or page

It's a great app. My experience below Pros: 1. Works as intended. You can easily make calls to landline & mobile numbers. 2. SMS service is also available but there's a catch. The recipient has to send at least 1 message to you first. 3. Easy to use interface & super fast verification process. Cons: 1. It's a little buggy. You have to refresh sometimes for your registered number to be displayed. 2. Some incoming SMS were lost in transit. 3. The pricing model can be improved.

I'm incredibly frustrated with this app. I purchased credits to get a number, but every single number I tried was listed as "occupied." No matter how many times I tried to select a different one from the list, none of them worked. I reached out to customer support, but I haven't received a helpful response. The lack of working numbers and poor support has made this app completely useless. I strongly advise against using this service. Save your money—this app simply doesn't work.

All I needed was a US number that could make phone calls within the US. Instead I have an app that can't read my contact's phone numbers properly and can't make texts or calls. Honestly, the amount of control and tracking being used in the US all in the name of preventing fraud is ridiculous. What's more is they require line credits for sending and recieving calls and texts within the US. Move onto another app. Subscription cancelled, congratulations you made $13 for nothing today!

Absolute SCAM ! Do yourself a favor and avoid. First, the app keypad when in call does not work, so you can not choose extension . Support is not available, and from the app, all the settings get locked in 24-hour intervals without even sending a tiket. Whatsapp support is not even dialing a number. The cost i $9.99, but after just one second call, you need to buy credits. Ask for a refund? From where ? They don't answer .. I guess I took one for the team and lost $16 so you don't have to. Shame

Completely misleading. This app is advertised as 'free', but you can't get a number or use any core feature without immediately signing up for a paid subscription. It's basically just a paywall disguised as a free app. There is no actual 'free' functionality to test or use. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic to get people to download. Very disappointing and a complete waste of time. Uninstalled immediately.
