I am having thesame issue with one John down the review line I paid for a month and renew it and got logged out and am requesting for a code now since over 48hours you keep telling me to be submitting ticket and yet you do nothing about it do you want me to feel this is a scam or something else just to send me a code to get back my number you refuse I contact customer support system nothing has been done till now this not suppose to be so after trusting you for the first 2 previous month..
i paid for the verification code of whatsapp and it failed and i cannot find my subscription in the app, however it still shows that I'm subscribed when i check my play store. idk how to deal with this. i cannot see the subscription in the app. i asks me to pay again for the verification code of whatsapp.
WORST AND PATHETIC APP!!! This new update erased: my login info, the number that I bought, and my verified profile status- all at once !!! its been less than a month that I signed up, bought a number and got verified.
Apps are confusing in app purchases , after purchased without using service I directly asked for cancel 1 year subscription bcz by mistake wrong subscription purchased but no response at all. no one is replaying. if anyone here can check please refund my yearly subscription purchased by mistake. purchased service is useless.
The worst app for this you can imagine. 1. It only allows authentication number once even tho it's a yearly subscription. So if you uninstall WhatsApp the number is gone forever. 2. The numbers that they give get blocked by WhatsApp immediately. 3. Absolute waste of money, support doesn't reply either.
I purchased an annual subscription to a UK number because I am from the UK but am now living abroad and I need a UK number to use with my UK bank accounts to receive OTP. The OTP didn't come to the number. I contacted support and they said it might not work in sensitive areas such as banking. Google play said it doesnt qualify for a refund. I contacted support to ask for a refund but they don't reply. They didn't say it might not work with banking before I purchased it. Now my money is gone.
NOT WORTH..!!!!! not a good app to use as alternative no. everything is chargeable. calls incoming outgoing both are heavily charges. u miss almost every incoming calls notification. it rings soo late. you end up missing the calls. NOT WORTH. SAVE YOU MONEY. LOOK FOR AN ALTERNATIVE.
I still have 480 credits but they says to make a call you have to have minimu 500 credits. It turns out that I’ll never be able to spend my 480 credits, because if I have less than 500, I can’t make a call—even though one minute of talk time costs only about 7–10 credits.
