Update 11/23 I have reported this time and again. It took me over an hour just to make a $20 order on this app! Horrendous! Consistently crashes and freezes. I've tried using this app to order for delivery twice now, and both times, the app crashed at least 5 to 7 times during my ordering process. I had to exit and clear the cache each time before going back into the app to continue my order. Many times, while changing screens, the app will just freeze and then close out on its own.

I'm not sure if I'll keep using this app or not. I've been bombarded with emails for all kinds of offers, but when I go to use them they usually don't have the product advertised. And now to make things worse, to get all this free stuff you have to download a separate 7-Eleven "delivery" app, which only attempts to charge outrageous fees and tip the drivers before your order is placed. Customer service in my book is based on what you get, the experience. Not what you hope for. Get it together!

In the Phoenix, AZ area, at least, many clerks across multiple stores are inadequately familiar with the features of the app (e.g. scan and go). This makes something installed for convenience a marked inconvenience. The only silver lining is some occasionally decent deals. However, for me, these are rapidly approaching the point where they're not worth the hassle of dealing with poorly trained, and occasionally rude, clerks.

I got the free trial for 711 gold, and for some reason it charged me 3 dollars (in 3 desperate 1 dollar charges) before almost immediately refunding me. I never made any transactions, and even canceled the subscription beforehand so I wouldn't get charged at the end of the 30 days. it's technically not a problem, because it gave me the money back, but I still find it suspicious that it would randomly charge me unprompted like that.

7-11 used to be a good brand of stores to find what you need at a decent price but now days the food they have sucks. The stores are gross. The app is only slightly useful if you want delivery of stuff but the other delivery apps are easier and more convenient to use . Also the consistency from store to store is lacking and the scan to pay function doesn't work at 80% of the stores because they are owned individually and the owners don't keep up with maintenance.

Just in the last week, I've probably saved like $30 with those "Spend $30, get $20 Off" kind of deals! But, you have to open the app to see it, from what I've noticed... Unless, I have my notifications turned off! Either way, some great deals! I'm almost done with my 7Now Gold 30 day free trial, and if money wasn't funny, I might've kept it! Saved WAY more, bro. points expire way too quickly. If you don't want your points to expire you have to make a purchase every 90 days. This wouldn't be so bad if the weather was good, but I live in Canada where it's freezing cold 4+ months out of the year. I'm not going to go out in -40c weather so I can stop my points from expiring. Now I'm out 3000 points. If points didn't expire for 5-6 months that would be a lot more tolerable. Some places' rewards points don't expire for a whole year, so I think I'll buy there

The reload wallet is very poor on the UI, clicked to load from my debit card and there was no change. Thought I had misclicked, so I clicked again and then it was a double-charge. Happened multiple times (it's my bad at that point, I guess). I'm going to use that balance eventually, because it's not like gas is very optional but that makes me regret bothering with the app.

Friday, July 11th, 2025: I am downgrading my review from five stars to two stars. The app is misleading. Reward points are worthless because you still have to pay something for merchandise no matter how many points you have, no matter how many points you trade in. Not long ago you could cash in your points for your reward and not have to pay anything. Now you could use a thousand points for a cookie and still have to pay .69 for it. Not worth it. Bring back the old rewards.

I can't use the app to order at all. I try to order something and it says I'm in a different country than my account is registered in. Then I look at my "recent purchases", which I haven't done recently at all, and it tells me I bought things in a bunch of different countries using various different payments. This app is a mess. Edit: Now the app won't even stay open. It just closes as soon as I start it and the only way to fix it is to reinstall, but even that's a temporary fix at best.

Just straight up does not let you register/sign in or even continue as a guest. At least they updated it so now it tells me to call customer support instead of giving me 'network error'. although if I miss the network error I can press continue as guest and get the network error again. Basically the app lets you choose between 2 different errors. Fantastically made. I didn't think anything could be worse than the pizza hut app but I guess there is always something worse.

I frequently encounter problems with the app. I attempt to use it whenever it is functional. Today, I tried to use it for a $20 discount, but it repeatedly indicated that the promo code, FORMOM, was invalid. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but the issue persists, resulting in a lost sale. I can only imagine how many sales you lose due to application malfunctions.

I have no idea how this app has so many positive reviews. I just tried to pay for fuel with this app, and after calling support phone call and spending over an hour and a half of my life I still was unable to pay through the app and get the fuel discounts I was promised. I tried clearing the cache, clearing the data, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc. and nothing worked. Even when I entered my account information through other means, I still didn't receive any of the discounts from my account.

The only way to get your fuel discount in app is to load cash to your 7/11 wallet then use it to pay for fuel. For this I have to go to the ATM to get cash. Definitely not convenient like they claim their app is. The app no longer works like it did previously (months ago). You now get error messages when trying to use a card in app. This has been going on for several weeks. Customer service has been no help at all. Just emailing rinse and repeat questions.

PLEASE HELP!!!! My app keeps closing suddenly, I can't get it to pay for fuel at the pump because it closes before it can get the pump to authorize! I've cleared the cache, deleted storage, un- and re-installed the app, to no avail! Super frustrated, sitting at the pump, writing this plea for help disguised as a review. When it worked, it was great. Now, I have money in my 711 wallet and can't spend it. PLEASE HELP!! THANK YOU!!!

My points keep expiring... companies doing this practice need to stop. You're suppose to be a convenience store. making my points expire isnt very convenient. if you guys actually rewarded a lot of points for purchases I would maybe understand it but you don't do it's literally just bad practice. please change your policy and don't be so damn greedy. Actually reward people for shopping at your store

This company has gone through many situations where you can't pay for anything with the app. Turns out the rewards program is down or the payment system is down. It's hard to just want to pump gas with my busy schedule only to have to return later or another day. This is not the first time, many situations throughout the year, I am not fond of the unreliability of 7-Eleven anymore.

Simple and straightforward; scan a bar code from the app or enter phone # at the register to earn points for purchases. Also provides a nice buy-7-get-1-free on fountain drinks. My main criticism is the app won't track drink purchases unless its code is scanned at the register (as opposed to entering phone #). Still, used it for years and no complaints beyond that.

I like the app and the deals and rewards, but it's deeply flawed at this time. Rewards will show up and then disappear without having been used or having expired. At first I thought I had made a mistake, but it just keeps on happening. I've spoken with customer support a few times about it. I'm some cases, they can see the reward available to me, but I don't have it in the app. Fix this and the review goes to 5 stars, but at present 2 stars is being generous.

It's great to get the extra girl discount promotions, however, there are some issues with the system. I received a notification for one today, select it only to be taken to a point in the app where I'm supposed to claim it but there's no option to claim it. Also my inbox is showing the latest offer being from January. Please fix these issues so the app remains useful.
