I love the ease and stress free otion to schedule a tech to come out or video with one to try and troubleshoot an issue.

First time use of AHS and they FAILED! AHS used unqualified contractor to troubleshoot electrical issue. They have been doing a pretty good job so far. The only headache is waiting for an appliance to ship. U sometimes have to call the shipping location to keep the ball moving. Other than that…. things have been good.
