Reviews for AI Calorie Counter - Appediet

this is a great app that will help you track how much water you drank, help you with portion control, how much carbs you have that day, and the taking a picture of the food that you're about to eat so you know how much carbs you're about to eat is amazing especially for people with bad memory.

Listen up, app devs: demanding my credit card for a 'free' trial is a hard pass—might as well ask for my social security number and a signed IOU! This smells like a classic scam: lure you in, hope you forget to cancel, then bam—you're billed for a month of who-knows-what. The app might be the bee's knees, but I didn't get past the 'enter your card deets' screen. No thanks, I'll keep my wallet and my trust issues intact!

Seemed like it was going to be a good option for me to take a picture or scan the bar code. Unfortunately, neither of those options opened for me using the free version. For those who want to pay to unlock all the extra features, this seems to be a great app that's functional. I would recommend.

Impossible to find out how to stop payments. Wasted $39.99. Terrible.

incredibly bloated experience. irritating as hell. inaccurate calorie usage estimates.

Needs a way to alter nutritional values and adding new foods, also altering daily protein, carb and fat target ratios. Basing a diet just of calories is not intuitive or effective when trying to build muscle.

If you're gonna charge people for your program, then you should be upfront about it before we even download your app, because now I'm deleting your app. Goodbye! 😡

Firstly, this app uses body checking, unhealthily low cal counts (≤1K), and the song "Prom Queen" by Beach Bunny in their ads (a song about eating disorder culture among teen girls). It's unfitting and will lead to attracting customers struggling with mental health. Secondly, most of the features that set this app apart are hidden behind a paywall. This does allow healthier weight loss timeline goals than their ads lead to believe, which is the only positive. You're better off on another app.

this is a great app but there is no way to add food that's not already available in the library to the android version that i can find.

I was charged for a free trail and need a refund. I cancelled the subscription through Google play and was still charged

sounds like a nice fitness app to track your weight your calories and your score and your fitness levels and your heart rate and your steps in your waist is also good to keep track of what you take it in and what you putting in and how you eat and then how much fruit you put in your body it's a fitness have app that will help you in life and and do time all you got to do is believe in and stay motivated and stay on the course and do not fall off 😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇

As a subscriber, I was disappointed to discover that the iOS version my friend uses is cheaper and offers more features than the one I have. I regret having chosen the annual subscription. I would be very grateful if you could update the Android version, or at least improve it to match the quality of the iOS version. For example, being able to enter food nutrients manually, sync it with Samsung Health, provide health reviews, include a fasting tracker, etc. It isn't worth the price!!! :(

Trying to delete it and the delete button won't work. Tried multiple times. I emailed customer support and surprise no one has gotten back to me

advertised as a free app. but after downloading and answering questions it is only a "free 3 day trial" very misleading.

I was looking forward to trying this app but when I saw that I had to pay 39.99 half year or 59.99 a year I skeptical but I did the free trial and it wouldn't recognize any type of food

For Mother's who are getting back into working out this calorie counter is not adequate to adding or informing correct calories calculating. *If a mother is breastfeeding.) The app also doesn't allow you to truly customize what you are trying to log for food or exercise wise. this app also doesn't show the details of macros, either. If that is one of the major keys you're looking for in an app.

Charged me $64 instead of $1.15, I do like the app though and instead of just using it for a week now I'll be using it for a year. Which might actually be a good thing.

I'm not even a day in and the app is basically useless, after a certain amount of entries it has a paywall, I found it extremely convenient and easy to use, instead of manually putting it in, also the fact I can't find the same entry, unless I use the camera, I had really high hopes🥀

The app won't let me adjust my daily calorie goal. It's insanely too low and there is no way to change it. The app also says cancel anytime. I canceled within 24hrs of purchasing but now says my subscription is active until '26 and no refund. BUYER BEWARE! I'd give 0 stars if I could.

the picture mode works surprisingly well but quite often the data points differ from what I'm looking at on the nutrition label. being a home chef I would also love to have a 3rd picture mode where I can scan a recipe (by uploading a file or taking a picture of a print out of the recipe) and user puts in how many servings they actually got out of the recipe. the calories and other Macros are divided by the servings; bonus points save the recipes to the users profile
