MIND BOGGLING TERRIBLE!! It takes too long for the screens to load up and if I select something like "search for provider," it takes me to the internet-- but when I try to go back to the app, I find that I have to start over from the beginning; it doesn't remember ANYTHING that I previously typed in. Absolutely awful and frustrating. I would give it no stars if I could.

That no longer works, and I can't reset it. Please fix this issue. Every time I want to log in, I have to put in my username and go to my VPN to pull up a login number.
The most non-user friendly app I have ever downloaded. Initial login doesn't work, find a way to get to a diff login format. If the year of a claim date is intered as the last two digits it looks like it accepts it, it does not. If you go to add an expense don't expect an option to take a picture like every other app you have used. Then I'd the picture is taken at this point the app locks up trying to get back to photo gallery. Stuck using this app to get my own money. Find an alternative!
This app never ever works. It's so insanely frustrating trying to do anything in it. Can't log in now, just loads to a blank white screen even after uninstall. I also can't upload documents, it just loads to a 'page unavailable' message every single time. It's not organized well and impossible to find what you are looking for. I absolutely hate that my company switched to this horrible horrible app.
I have tried to reinstall this several times, you cannot see the left side toolbar menu once you get into the reimbursement category. The only thing you see is a notification bubble. When I try and leave feedback it just leads me to a blank screen, you can't take screenshots to send in to prove that you paid for payments because it's been turned off by the administration. At the very least you need to fix the internal toolbar. It's simply blank.
Some options have no information. I may have enrolled twice by accident. The functionality of closing a window versus the back arrow are a mystery. They may take you completely out of the app. You have to hunt on the screen for the return to main screen button and it's not always there. I would have preferred to use a web browser on a desktop PC for more screen real estate, but I could not find anywhere, anywhere, how to enroll using a browser.
Essentially an interface to a website just slower. Let's don't pretend it's an app. Beyond basic menu it just redirects you to a website. Why introduce that extra step while you can just go directly to the web. Secondly the app (website) is unintuitive to navigate and slow. Many types of requests can't be dealt with through the app or web and instead gives you a popup with a phone number to call. The whole app is an utter waste of time.
Very clunky. App opening can be very slow and then when they finally open you can't see the entire page. It let's you scroll up and down, but not side to side. Also, app won't let you shrink the view to fit the phone screen to see all details. All this prevents the app from being useful. If I need to make a change or view details I have to wIt until I get home and log on through my desktop computer.
Slow, unstable app. Lots of features that may work well on a PC web browser, but are really awful on a mobile phone. When under maintenance no message to that effect. It just doesn't display information. Too much white space in certain pages (investments) so you have to scroll and wait for it to load and scroll and wait. The "Need Help" feature gets in the way and is annoying. It also is so slow to load as to be useless. The space to type in can't be seen while typing.
Mediocre The app doesn't remember your login information. Biometric login doesn't work. The last update to the app caused these issues. Now everytime I access the app it's as if I just downloaded it. I have to search for my employer and enter that information before I can even access the login screen. Please fix this! Very annoying. Some things you cannot see unless you open the full site online.
Bad. Just bad. Basic things, like keeping focus on the text entry fields is completely inconsistent, constantly losing focus which causes the keyboard to appear and disappear constantly. It's just so difficult to navigate. I used to be able to actually log in, but got a new phone and the login process just keeps kicking me back to the start again, so I can't even use the app at all. Told me I couldn't use my phone for text codes during password reset. Just terrible.
"We've got a glitch to fix" for weeks. trying to submit reimbursements, the only thing I use the app for, and attaching receipts fails more often than not. It seems that when my balance is zero I can't submit for reimbursement, as though I won't just get money in my flex account every 2 weeks and they should queue up my claims in advance. Also, it's like 5 clicks to get to the reimbursements and status of pending claims. that should just be a one-pager that doesn't require long load times.
This app is awful. Trying to find anything on it is near impossible. Don't waste your time trying to find a provider through the app, only a small map comes up with locations of providers you are looking for, you should be able to click on them, but can't because there is a banner over top and you can't move the map around. So essentially it's useless. Save yourself the frustration and just call. Literally the worst app I've ever used.
I found this app to be incredibly unuser friendly. It does not appear that you can pay with a credit card, your Cobra premium. Even with a convenience fee, applied the option just does not exist. I received my first bill and wanted to pay it immediately, but was only given the option to set up the ability to make future automated payments via ACH or to send in a check. I was told after talking to customer service that they would "reset" account to allow for immediate payment. Did not happen.
Buggy, laggy piece of trash. No results for vision or dentists in the app, dozens on my desktop PC using the same quick search. Loses Internet connection whenever I switch to a different app, logging me out. After being logged out, I enter my userID and the screen refreshes, prompting for my userID again. It will not work until I close and re-open the app. Summary: bugs make it difficult to log in, and the app is functionally useless after finally doing so.
Old app just stopped working with an error message. Had to call to find out I now need this app. Could they have said that in the error message!? Anyway, go to the new app, SEARCH to find claims that require additional documentation (why aren't required actions the easiest thing to find in the app?!?), take a picture of EOB, "there's a glitch try later" because it takes pictures that are too big for it to upload! No way to resubmit or appeal a denial. No explanation of denial reason. 3.9 stars??
Clunky, not intuitive at all, and I intensely dislike it. All they've done with this app is shrink it to fit on a mobile screen. Unlike the Smart Choice app it replaced, it has not been optimized for mobile use. I shouldn't have to expand every page I go to just to make my selection of fonts that are too small and X's that are dwarfed by my normal-sized fingertips. Trying to find something? All I want is an app that allows me to simply submit my reimbursements. This ain't it!
Can't login from the app due to multi factor security issues. I have tried for 2 days to login for the first time with this app, I keep getting the prompt to have a text sent to my phone to authenticate. The text never comes through. I checked spam texts and it's not there either. I logged into the website from my PC and the phone number is correct. Would like to use this app but so far it is useless. update: this remains a problem after the Sept 10th update.
If you have another option use it. Customer service closes help tickets as resolved after a week, regardless of if your issues been resolved. You sit on a spinning screen that will not load if you want to check future coverage (as does customer service.) nothing is really straightforward so you have to dig to find what you need. It's not user friendly and very frustrating to use, especially if you need to quickly check for information.
Garbage app. Signing up was painful, with multiple restarts. Navigating the app is painful, with multiple "sorry, that's not available right now", constantly redirecting to the website instead of things actually being in the app, and every time that happens I tell it to accept cookies, but apparently it's not using cookies, because it asks every time. This is not worth the gift card (that program also being one of the "sorry, unavailable" things). Do not recommend. Months later, still garbage
